Bach Medical Supply will not make public any of your personal contact of financial information. Any information kept is for the purpose of keeping our records current. We may contact you via email with newsletters or special deals, however you will always have the option of opting out of any future messages.
Shipping Policy
Bach Medical Supply provides shipping services to the Continental United States. Any items that need to be shipped outside the Continental United States will require additional shipping cost. All shipping is to be curb side delivery, and customer may be responsible for unloading the item from back of the truck. All items that are less than 100 lbs, will be shipped via UPS or similar. All items over 100 lbs will be shipped via commercial freight carrier, and will require semi-truck access to your address. A daytime phone number is required for all shipments. And all shipments will require a signature for delivery.
FREE Shipping: Some items may be labled as free shipping, those items will be shipped free to qualifying addresses, some addresses such as New York, New York or rural areas that do not have adequate truck access will not be eligible to receive free shipping. To make sure you qualify for free shipping please contact Bach Medical Supply with your full address and a daytime phone number prior to making your purchase.
White Glove or Indoor Delivery may be available upon request, please contact Bach Medical Supply at 417-501-6490 prior to making your purchase to inquire about inside delivery services.
Shipping Damages: If for any reason you feel that your product has been damaged during shipping you must note this in writing with the delivery driver. If you do not note this with the driver there will be nothing Bach Medical Supply can do to help you with your shipping claim.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return it within 15 days of receipt.
- Call 417-501-6490 and speak to a customer service representative about your return.
- Item to be returned must be in new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.
- All returned items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges.
- Any order cancelled after it has been shipped will be responsible for freight charges (both inbound and outbound) and restocking fees.
- Include the original packing slip with a brief note on the reason for the return.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed after the item has been inspected. Normal process time is 2-3 weeks. A refund check will be mailed to the address the purchase was shipped to.
Any product that has been customized for you, may not be eligible for a refund. You must contact Bach Medical Supply at 417-501-6490 prior to returning the product.
